Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final, we do NOT offer refunds.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving packages NO EXCEPTIONS. You must notify Twin Heist Co. via email at twinheist.co@gmail.com that you would like to process an exchange.
All items must be in original packaging and tags must be attached.
Twin Heist Co. is not responsible for any lost packages marked delivered according to tracking.
Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for exchange.

- Once you notify Twin Heist Co. of an exchange, exchange must be mailed within 48 hours.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE ODOR FREE.
- All sales are final on exchange
- Once items are received and inspected, we will notify you. you will be given a code for the total amount minus the shipping and any discounts used towards your purchase. The Code you receive will only be good for 3 days before it expires. Customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost at checkout. (Credit Code cannot be used towards re-shipping cost)
- please allow Twin Heist Co. 3-5 business days to contact you once returned items are received.
All items that are on sale (on our sale tab) are final sales.
